Our History

In 2007, after years of accumulated experience in the medical industry, the leaders decided to establish Kuohai Medical Technology Company, officially entering the medical equipment industry. At the inception, the company set a clear mission: customer-centered, driven by innovation, dedicated to providing high-quality pathology instruments and services, and contributing to industry development and societal progress.

In 2008, the company was officially registered as Hubei Xiaogan Kuohai Medical Technology Co., Ltd., with leaders establishing initial business and development strategies. Initially focusing on the research, development, production, and sales of pathology medical equipment, the company adopted a development strategy combining online promotion and offline expansion.

In 2009, the "Fully Enclosed Vacuum Tissue Processor" developed by the company was successfully launched, receiving acclaim for its unique design and outstanding stability in performance. The same year, Hubei Xiaogan Daily reported that Kuohai Medical Technology independently developed medical equipment for cancer cell examination, replacing imported products, and achieved nationwide sales in medical institutions and research institutions.

In 2010, Kuohai Medical Technology continued to deepen its involvement in high-end pathology medical equipment, expanding its production line. The company gradually trained a group of engineers and technical personnel with professional skills.

In 2011, Kuohai's "New Liquid-based cytology processor" innovation project passed the review of Hubei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, being selected as a technological innovation project for the National Ministry of Science and Technology.

In 2012, renowned cancer diagnostic expert Professor Xia Heshun visited Kuohai Medical Technology. The Hubei Provincial Institute of Scientific and Technical Information, a national-level technology review unit, issued a report stating that Kuohai Medical Technology's liquid-based cell preparation technology was in an advanced position in the domestic and international industry. On April 12th of the same year, Kuohai Medical Technology was selected as an advanced unit for technological innovation.

In 2013, Kuohai obtained nine national patent certificates. In December, Xiaogan Municipal Administration for Industry and Commerce awarded Kuohai Medical Technology for Contract-abiding and Credit-focused Enterprise.

In 2014,Kuohai Medical Technology constructed a modern Research Building and processing base.

In 2015, Kuohai Medical Technology was recognized as a high-tech enterprise. "Kuohai Medical Technology" was invited to participate in the "Xiaogan National High-tech Zone Industrial High-quality Development Conference" and the "21st China Scientists Forum." The same year, Xiaogan TV conducted on-site interviews, giving high praise for Kuohai Medical Technology's equipment research, development, and production.

In 2016, various sectors in Xiaogan city conducted on-site research and inspections of Kuohai Medical Technology's production base, providing high evaluations.

In 2017, Kuohai Medical Technology successively launched multiple pathology medical equipment, leading to a gradual increase in business orders. Xiaogan Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology Deputy Director Fu Siyuan inspected "Kuohai Medical Technology."

In 2018, with the company's growth, organizational structure adjustments were made, optimizing management processes. To enhance the company's strategic execution capability, multiple teams of management and marketing talents were introduced, providing new impetus for the company's long-term development.

In 2019, since its establishment, the company's performance has steadily increased. The performance report shows that the core pathology medical equipment business continues to exhibit strong growth.

In 2020, in a fiercely competitive market environment, Kuohai Medical Technology is one of the few companies in the domestic and international industry capable of researching, developing, and producing a complete set of pathology instruments and consumables. We persistently explore new technologies to provide users with better medical equipment products and services.

In 2022, after years of development, Kuohai Medical Technology's medical equipment users exceeded 1,500.

In 2023, the director and chief engineer of the Institute of Automation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences expressed concern about the development of "Kuohai Medical Technology." "Kuohai Medical Technology" was invited to participate in the "Hubei Xiaogan International Biomedical Innovation Conference" and the "21st National Cell Pathology Conference."
